FERROCOTE® 61 MAL HCL N2 is a multi-purpose combination metalforming and corrosion preventive. This product is a lubricant and rust preventive that is to be applied to steel sheet and/or blanks. FERROCOTE 6130 is an oil-based drawing and forming lubricant that can be used for blank washing, blanking, stamping, and bending operations. FERROCOTE 624 AAM is a versatile boron-free, dual purpose, mild alkaline liquid providing simultaneous cleaning and corrosion protection for metal surfaces in a single processing step. FERROCOTE? 624 AAM is designed for ferrous (steel and cast iron) alloys and non-ferrous (aluminum) alloys. It provides up to 60 days corrosion protection when used in the final stage of a cleaning system. Because it is boron-free its final film is compatible with heat treating operations. Its thin, dry, imperceptible film offers excellent operator acceptance and process compatibility.

FERROCOTE® EGL 1 is an oil dispersed rust preventive providing medium to long term indoor protection of ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. This product provides high humidity protection and has built-in protection against acidic components in normal industrial atmospheres. FERROCOTE® EGL 1 has excellent resistance to staining and varnishing on storage on metal-to-metal contact, especially with moisture contamination present. This property has provided excellent resistance to ”puddle stain“ when used as slushing oil for sheets and coils, including cold rolled and galvanize in the steel industry.

LUPREP 601 is a water-based rust preventive designed to protect metal surfaces against humidity and corrosion. This product provides temporary indoor protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces.

LUPRE 617 is an alkaline liquid concentrate formulated for deburring and burnishing steel, aluminum, zinc and brass/copper parts in both rotary and vibratory equipment. This product is highly biodegradable and is formulated without the use of petroleum solvents or other recognized pollutants. It contains an effective rust inhibitor to protect parts between operations

QUAKER TF 11 is a cleanable film for protection of delicate metal surfaces. It can be sprayed with air spray. After a few minutes a flexible film is formed to protect the surface against scratches during handling and transport. The below information should only be used as a guide. In order to check the suitability for your particular application, please consult a Quaker Houghton representative. • Keep from freezing. • Semi-stable: stir container prior to usage Concentration: 100% typical, but the product can be diluted with demineralised water to enable easy spraying. Always homogenise the container prior to usage. For full parts protection the product is sprayed in film thickness typical 50 - 150 g/m2. After drying the remaining film will be 12 - 35 ?m. Typical drying time is 10 - 20 min at room temperature. It can be removed with an alkaline cleaner, for instance with AC TRANS-COAT REMOVER. Remover should by applied 70 - 120 g/m² over the film. QUAKERCLEAN® 680 VDA is specifically developed for demanding vacuum dry applications, and formulated to dry rapidly without leaving unwanted visual residues behind. THis product cleans mild to moderate soil loads and protects ferrous and nonferrous surfaces while drying uniformly, leaving an imperceivable thin film of corrosion protection that can provide up to 60 days protection on metal surfaces.

QUAKERCOAT® 854 B is a high gloss, water-based black coating for use as a corrosion inhibiting coating on metal tube and pipe surfaces.

QWERL 90 is a synthetic, water soluble formulation specifically designed as a scuff and tarnish preventive for copper and copper alloys in continuous annealing and pickling lines. QWERL 90 is recommended for use at concentrations of 0.5% to 5.0% in water, keeping in mind the severity of the operation dictates final concentration. The temperature of the solution should be maintained between 170° F and 190° F to affect efficient deposition of film. Application of QWERL 90 should be followed by a hot air blow-off or dryer.
