DIE SLICK® 606X is a concentrated die lubricant that is often used in its concentrated form on areas that have a high probability of soldering. It contains graphite and aluminum pigments that withstand the heat and allow trouble free release. It also contains a synthetic polymer that promotes better adhesion of the die lubricant.
DIE SLICK® 695E is highly concentrated, semi-synthetic emulsion containing a blend of natural and synthetic lubricants and polymers. It withstands high heat and promotes a uniform and even carbon coating while the synthetic polymers add extra protection and lubrication.
DIE SLICK® 7000NW is a concentrated wax free semi-synthetic emulsion formulated to minimize residue buildup on the die parting face without sacrificing performance. It contains a unique blend of natural and synthetic components that enhance its lubrication and release properties.
DIE SLICK 77 is a high temperature lubricant developed specifically for use on ejector pins and other moving parts of the die. DIE SLICK 77 will not gum or carbonize at extreme temperatures assuring continuous free movement of sliding parts.
DIE SLICK® Anti-Solder 7 is a soft wax compound which removes solder from hot dies and can serve as a start up conditioner for new dies. Use DIE SLICK® Anti-Solder 7 only with hot dies (> 450°F). Apply a small amount with a bronze brush or a wood spatula to the accumulated solder and the surrounding area. Apply normal spray pattern of die lubricant and conduct your casting cycle. For pretreatment, raise the die temperature to 450°F, then brush on a thin coat of DIE SLICK® Anti-Solder 7. Apply coating several times, allowing time for the compound to adhere to the surface of the die.
Apply with a brush uniformly coating any surface where protection is desired. Parts can be coated hot or cold. After the coating is applied the part or surface is exposed to molten alloy which removes the oil base and solidifies the coating. Touchups or small areas can be corrected during normal production. A torch or other heat source can be used if necessary.

POLY SLICK 76P was designed as a substitute to oil based lubricants. Product is in beaded dry form. Dispense a modest amount into the shot sleeve. After injection, it melts and expand rapidly inside the shot sleeve. The fine mists created inside the shot sleeve results in an outstanding lubrication film. Unlike most of the oil based lubricant, it does not produce pollution. POLY SLICK 76P reduces porosity in castings and protects the pour area in shot sleeve from erosion, extending the service life of shot sleeve, and reduce adverse effects from scratches; enhances the casting system life. Increases the tool life of plunger tips, generally doubles the tool life when compared to using oil based lubricants. During casting, the plunger lubricants are completely consumed, not leaving any pollutants from oil based lubricants. The surfaces of castings are clean and bright; without oil marks. No grease stains, no smoke nor air pollution during recycle of gating, runners and biscuits. Main
