DIE SLICK® 30 is an excellent synthetic emulsion formulated for die casting operations that require no staining and high heat tolerations. This product contains a unique component that enhances wetting and lubrication characteristics without sacrificing its high heat tolerance.

DIE SLICK® 56 is a concentrated semi-synthetic emulsion formulated to minimize residue buildup on the die parting face without sacrificing performance. It contains a unique blend of natural and synthetic components that enhance its lubrication and release properties.

DIE SLICK® 606X is a concentrated die lubricant that is often used in its concentrated form on areas that have a high probability of soldering. It contains graphite and aluminum pigments that withstand the heat and allow trouble free release. It also contains a synthetic polymer that promotes better adhesion of the die lubricant.

DIE SLICK® 7000NW is a concentrated wax free semi-synthetic emulsion formulated to minimize residue buildup on the die parting face without sacrificing performance. It contains a unique blend of natural and synthetic components that enhance its lubrication and release properties.

DIE SLICK 77 is a high temperature lubricant developed specifically for use on ejector pins and other moving parts of the die. DIE SLICK 77 will not gum or carbonize at extreme temperatures assuring continuous free movement of sliding parts.

DIE SLICK® Anti-Solder 7 is a soft wax compound which removes solder from hot dies and can serve as a start up conditioner for new dies. Solder Removal: Use DIE SLICK® Anti-Solder 7 only with hot dies (> 450oF). Apply a small amount with a bronze brush or a wood spatula to the accumulated solder and the surrounding area. Apply normal spray pattern of die lubricant and conduct your casting cycle. Die Pretreatment: Raise the die temperature to 450oF, brush on a thin coat of DIE SLICK® Anti-Solder 7. Apply coating several times, allowing time for the compound to adhere to the surface of the die.

FERROCOTE® 112 DT is a water-soluble rust preventive that deposits a thin, oily-type film. This product makes a slightly meta-stable emulsion, ideal for dip tank applications.STORAGE AND HANDLINGFERROCOTE® 112 DT is available in drums (54 gal/416 lb) or totes (320 gal/2,464 lb). All containers are filled to volume by weight.This product has a shelf life of 12 months. Like most chemicals, it should be stored out of direct sunlight in temperatures between 40oF (4oC) and 100oF (38oC).

FERROCOTE 112 LVX is an oil-dispersed corrosion preventive that can be diluted with water, solvent or oil to yield a thin film with up to 6 months of indoor protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. FERROCOTE 112 LVX combines the excellent corrosion protection of an oil with the environmental benefits of a water-based, solvent-free product. Its inherent properties allow for flexibility of application using a multitude of standard techniques such as spray, immersion, flow-on and flooding.
